All coaching services are delivered online only. Manual therapy sessions are provided in person by appointment.
 

Eligibility

By using this website or purchasing services, you confirm that:

  • You are physically able to participate in exercise or manual therapy

  • You will provide accurate and honest information regarding your health and history
     

Health & Responsibility

Participation in exercise and manual therapy carries inherent risks.

By engaging in any programme or session, you confirm that:

  • You are medically fit to participate, or have sought appropriate medical advice

  • You accept full responsibility for your health, safety, and wellbeing

  • You will inform me of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes in health

I am not a medical professional, and coaching services do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
 

Online Coaching & Programmes

  • Training programmes and coaching are provided based on the information you supply

  • Results are not guaranteed and will vary between individuals

  • You are responsible for performing exercises safely and within your limits

  • Programmes are for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed
     

Manual Therapy Services

  • Manual therapy is offered as a supportive service, not medical treatment

  • Sessions may involve physical contact appropriate to the service provided

  • You may stop a session at any time if you feel uncomfortable

  • Manual therapy services do not guarantee outcomes
     

Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£)

  • Payments are taken monthly unless otherwise stated

  • Payments must be made in advance

  • Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services

Payment processing is handled securely through third-party providers.
 

Subscriptions & Cancellations

Monthly Services

  • All coaching plans are billed monthly

  • A minimum commitment period may apply (if stated at purchase)

  • You may cancel your subscription with appropriate notice

  • No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods

Manual Therapy Appointments

  • Appointment cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

  • No refunds are provided for online programmes once access has been granted

  • No refunds are provided for coaching services already delivered

  • Manual therapy sessions are non-refundable once completed

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including training programmes, text, videos, and branding, is the intellectual property of the business and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • I am not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in services
