The Essentials Programme follows a proven, pre-built training framework designed to help you stay consistent and build confidence in the gym. It’s the same programme for everyone—no customisation, no check-ins—just clear weekly structure you can follow at your own pace.
Online Coaching
Personalised training with clarity and accountability.
Online Coaching is built around you—your goals, your schedule, and how your body moves. You’ll receive a tailored training programme alongside structured support and regular check-ins to keep you progressing without overwhelm.
This option is ideal if you want expert guidance, but still prefer flexibility and independence in how you train.
Performance Coaching
High-touch support for long-term progress.
Performance Coaching offers a deeper level of accountability with weekly check-ins, priority support, and ongoing programme adjustments. This is where we focus on refining movement, managing load, and building sustainable strength over time.
Performance clients also receive a discount on in-person manual therapy services, adding an extra layer of support when needed.
Manual Therapy
Hands-on support to help you move and recover better.
Manual therapy sessions are designed to support recovery, manage niggles, and improve movement quality. Drawing from my background in manual therapy, sessions are tailored to what your body needs on the day—whether that’s reducing tension, restoring range, or supporting your training.
Available as a standalone service or at a discounted rate for Performance Coaching clients.
