Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be provided for services purchased through this website.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any programme or service.
 

Digital Programmes & Online Coaching

 
Essentials Programme (Digital Access)

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • Once access to the Essentials Programme has been granted, no refunds are available

  • This applies even if the programme is not used

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and waive your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Online Coaching Subscriptions

For monthly online coaching services:

  • Payments are billed monthly in advance

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date

  • No refunds are issued for the current or partially used billing period

Coaching services already delivered (including programme creation, reviews, or check-ins) are non-refundable.

Manual Therapy Services

Manual therapy sessions are provided in person by appointment.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable

  • Sessions cancelled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled but are not refunded

Once a session has taken place, no refund will be issued.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered at my discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Technical errors preventing access to purchased services

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

If a service has not been provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
