Higher State is a structured six-week training programme designed for anyone who wants more than a standard gym plan. It combines focused strength training, interval running and mixed-modal conditioning to help you build lean muscle, improve fitness and develop a stronger, more capable body.
The programme includes five workouts to complete in sequence:
  • Push
  • Legs
  • Pull
  • Interval Treadmill
  • Conditioning
Each session includes clear exercises, sets, repetitions, rest periods and coaching notes, so you always know exactly what to do. The plan also includes a six-week progress tracker to help you record completed sessions and monitor key performance measures.
Higher State is designed to be flexible. Complete all five sessions within seven days where possible, or simply continue from where you left off if you need more recovery time. There is no need to cram missed sessions into one week.
